Customer Service Representative (Export Coordinator)

The Role:

Tronox is currently offering an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and well organised Customer Service Representative who specialises in coordination of exporting products, to join our friendly team at our Kwinana pigment plant.

Reporting to the Customer Service Supervisor, this integral role is responsible for managing international customer orders, processing of the sales transactions and coordination of the relevant export documentation.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Processing sales and preparing export documentation for a portfolio of international customers
• Assisting with the review and approval of open account and collections export documentation
• Liaising with sales personnel, customer, agents and distributors to ensure a high level of Customer Service
• Providing support for sales and other service areas of the Order to Delivery team.

The successful applicant must have

• Previous experience with export documentation including Bill of Laiding
• Intermediate level of Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral)
• Familiarity with automated order processing
• Highly developed administration skills
• Sound knowledge of SAP

Preferred candidates will be bilingual, have a high level of motivation, flexibility and attention to detail to assist within our great team environment.
