Our client is a dynamic and innovative food services company, delivering quality proteins and dried goods to customers in Australia, SE Asia and the Pacific. The sustained growth has led to a need for a unique role, combining Sales Administrator experience with Export Documentation, to assist their small sales team and ensuring export product compliance. Your excellent communications skills will be relied upon in all aspects of the position.
Key Responsibilities will include:-
- Sales & purchase orders and contract preparation
- Shipping Instructions – draft/original bills of lading
- Lodging RFP /EDN /PRA
- Export document tracking and maintenance
- Providing assistance and support to the sales team
- Maintaining and updating customer information and data
- Compiling and sending timely purchase orders
- Approaching and following up suppliers for pricing information
- Compiling sales reports as required
- Track product delivery lead times
- Maintaining strong customer relations
About you:-
- Must have experience working with Export Documentation together with exposure to sales administration.
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work well under deadlines and pressure, to prioritize tasks and be able to manage several projects and tasks simultaneously
- The ability to interface with all levels of stakeholder
- Must have a drivers license
- Strong IT skills mainly Microsoft 360
