About the role
Position: Export Execution Clerk
Location: Toowoomba
Status: Full Time
Duties
- Oversee the smooth execution of container shipments
- Tracking & co-ordinate all execution matters
- Assisting in the administration and processing of export sales of grains and oilseeds
- Liaising with freight forwarding companies to secure freight bookings to complement the trading program
- Assisting in the preparation of export documentation
- Assisting in the AP/AR function of the business to ensure payments in and out are processed in a timely fashion
- Processing of all export shipments/ticket
- Other administrative functions within the business, as required
- Other support functions within the business, as required

- Willingness to learn new skills

- Sound computer knowledge and able to pick up new computer systems quickly
- Great interpersonal and communication skills
- Reliable, team player, with a can-do attitude
- Strong data entry and accuracy
- Outstanding attention to detail, time management, and organisation skills

- Solid experience within a fast-paced and demanding role
