• Oversee the smooth execution of container shipments
• Tracking & co-ordinate all execution matters
• Assisting in the administration and processing of export sales of grains and oilseeds
• Liaising with freight forwarding companies to secure freight bookings to complement the trading program
• Assisting in the preparation of export documentation
• Assisting in the AP/AR function of the business to ensure payments in and out are processed in a timely fashion
• Processing of all export shipments/ticket
• Other administrative functions within the business, as required
• Other support functions within the business, as required
