As a Business Manager, you will work in partnership with the Group’s senior leaders to develop & execute the overall strategy of team. You will drive real change through contributing to strategy and change, people and communications and efficiency of the team.
You’ll be exposed to a wide variety of tasks across business management, employee enablement, and change management and communications. You will be passionate about driving employee engagement and will flourish and enjoy working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment designed to encourage innovation and collaboration.
What impact will you have?
As a Business Manager, your key duties and responsibilities will include:
Business Management: maximising the team’s effectiveness through operational management including partnering with leadership to develop and roll out the annual strategy; driving an effective operating rhythm; coordinating executive reporting and communications.
Employee Enablement: driving the people enablement strategy in partnership with leaders and Human Resources to identify and develop opportunities around capability, culture and employee experience.
Change Management and Communications: supporting the team through business change and producing compelling communications across various internal channels, including social media.
What skills will you use?
To be successful in this role, you will have a track record of success in a business management role. You’re proactive, efficient and have an eye for detail. Your skills as a communicator, along with your ability to prioritise workloads is what enables you to effectively manage and deliver results for a wide and diverse group of stakeholders.

You will have experience working in Finance roles and you will be CA qualified
