There is so much variety in your day to day at ANZ, you could be helping our customers by:
- Providing personalised and purposeful conversations to better support customers financial well-being.
- Educating on ANZ’s digital solutions to simplify customers banking.
- Conducting basic analysis of financial information relating to consumer lending.
- Delivering incredible service and ensuring customers leave the branch as strong advocates for ANZ.
Whatever the day has in store, you’ll be working with a strong team that supports each other and celebrates team wins.

To grow and be successful in these roles, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience in a customer service-based role.
- Exceptional customer focus and ability to show genuine care and understanding.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated relationship and networking skills.
- A positive attitude and a growth mindset.
