As the content and Community Manager, you will be responsible for building and engaging the company's online community, and to create and distribute high-quality content that will resonate with the target audience
Your Day to Day:
- Develop and execute a content strategy that aligns with the company's overall marketing goals.
- Create and edit high-quality content, including blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and website copy.
- Manage the company's social media accounts, including creating and scheduling posts, interacting with followers, and running social media contests and giveaways.
- Build and engage with the company's online community, including responding to comments and questions, and creating opportunities for community members to interact with each other.
- Monitor and analyze website traffic and social media engagement to track the performance of content and campaigns.
- Report on the performance of the content and community management strategy to senior management.
- More than 3-5 years experience in Community Management, Social Media Marketing and Content Management.
- Strong writing and editing skills
