The Gordon Institute of TAFE is one of the largest regional TAFEs in Victoria and has been helping people gain real skills for real jobs for over 130 years. We pride ourselves on delivering a great range of TAFE courses from short courses to nationally accredited training across apprenticeships, traineeships, certificates, diplomas, and advanced diplomas, which can lead our students to a great career or create pathways to university.
For your consideration, teachers at The Gordon are required to have:
- Successful completion of the Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent (for Expression of Interest purposes, you need to be planning to complete or in the process of completing this qualification)
- An approved tertiary qualification in the relevant vocational area you would like to Teach.
- An ability to demonstrate current knowledge, relevant skills and industry experience.
- A current Employee Working with Children check
- Permanent residency status in Australia or have a valid Work Visa to apply for this position.
