The team:
CIB Operations supports the Corporate and Institutional Bank globally to enable market leading customer solutions and outcomes through the execution of all Onboarding and Refresh Operations, Markets, Fulfilment and Servicing Operations, Asset Servicing Operations, Specialised Lending Operations and Global Regulatory Reporting who manage the operational activities associated with G20 regulatory obligations on behalf of the NAB Group.
Your role:
As an Associate within Lending Operations you will support the Corporate & Institutional business and its customers with the processing of both simple and complex lending transactions which includes facilitating loan drawings, repayments, interest rate resets and fee payments via LoanIQ and other core. Your day to day will also involve:
Reconciling clearing account and bank statements as required
Maintaining deal parameters such as pricing within core systems
Ensuring high value payments are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Contributing towards ongoing process improvements
Adhering to processes and procedures pertinent to role including performing all controls associated with processes to minimise errors and rework
Being self-sufficient and look to drive outcomes with limited oversight from People Leader or other senior team members
Fostering and maintain a positive team environment exuding efficiency, inclusion, professionalism, exemplary customer service, and accountability
What you’ll bring:
Experience with LoanIQ (strongly preferred)
Experience within the Corporate and/or Institutional Bank Loan Market or similar environment
Strong customer service work ethic
Attention to detail
Sound communication written and verbal skills
