About the role
As an Executive Assistant, the key duties of your role include being the first point of contact for the Executive Director's office, managing and maintaining an efficient office including document and records management, communications with internal and external stakeholders, triaging and prioritising work, monitoring and managing deadlines, managing the Executive Director's diary including ensuring that all meetings papers and other briefings are provided in a timely manner, take minutes and provide other secretariat services where required and ensure the Executive Director is kept up-to-date and informed of any urgent or emerging issues.
The role supervises a Senior Administration Officer and leads the Operations Division's Executive Assistant network.
We're looking for someone with:
- A tertiary qualification in Business Management or Business Administration (highly desirable)
- Extensive experience in a fast-paced administrative role with responsibility for management of a Chief Executive or other Senior Executive activity
- High level judgement and experience in analytical problem solving and decision making
- Experience in multiple and diverse portfolio management
