A day in the life of a Leadership Team member at H&M
Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service
Promoting our Hello Member program to drive engagement, creating meaningful relationships and providing customer insight
Collaborate with other members leadership team to drive Sales and Profit KPI’s by taking innovative actions to maximise your results.
Recruit, train and develop your people, planning growth for everyone in your team
Coach & collaborate with the store Visual team to create an inspiring and exciting customer experience
Actively promoting our sustainability vision to both your team and customers
Your skills
To succeed in any leadership role within H&M, you should be goal-oriented, committed, and an inspiring leader motivated by developing people and creating a winning team.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service
The ability to delegate, follow up and provide straightforward feedback with the goal to coach and develop your team
Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks based on the needs of our fast-paced business
The ability to analyse figures and formulate plans to maximise sales
The motivation to drive ambitions and reach business & personal goals
Previous leadership experience with proven sales success & team development (Ideally 1-3 years)
