Your Opportunity
Through a period of extraordinary disruption in the tax market in 2023 and 2024, our client has maintained high-performance growth and retained its excellent reputation for exceptional quality and a highly ethical approach.
A significant opportunity for further growth exists in the firm's Perth office. Specifically, we are seeking Partners, Directors and Senior Manager to form a core of the ‘next generation’ of leaders in what is already a market-leading Perth tax practice.
This firm is highly profitable and well-resourced. It's tax practice is ‘full service’ in nature.
What We Are Looking For
- You are presently a leader (or emerging leader) in the Perth Corporate Tax community, and seeking an opportunity in a healthy professional environment unfettered by politics firm ‘re-sizing’;
- It may be that your current firm has failed to meet its (promised or aspirational) commitments to you with regards to promotion(s), and you're now ready to explore a fresh environment;
- It may be that you frustrated by the downgrading of the profitability of your current firm, and experienced a reduction in personal income despite performing to a high standard yourself;
- We are looking for established and talented Tax Advisors who have a passion for professional relationships, and for serving your clients.
