We are inviting expression of Interest from students from various streams such as Construction Management, Electrical / Civil Engineering, Architecture, and Safety with an aspiration to build a career in the building and construction industry.
About the Role
Undergraduates are provided with on the job training by getting exposure to a variety of sectors such as commercial, building services, design, safety, and site supervision.
As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors.
Skills and Experience
To be considered for this position, you will require:
  • Current ongoing enrolment to the relevant tertiary qualification (Third and Fourth year students are preferred)
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to be a strong team player
  • Learn new skills, be flexible and adaptive
  • Innovate and propose creative solutions
  • Work autonomously and as part of a team
  • Deliver high quality outcomes, be outcome driven and self-motivated
