Qualifications & experience
- Ongoing enrolment in the relevant tertiary qualification, with preference given to third and fourth-year students. Tertiary courses deemed suitable for this role include Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, and Architecture.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to function as an effective team player.
- Aptitude for acquiring new skills, coupled with a flexible and adaptive approach.
- Genuine passion for the fields of building and construction.
Tasks & responsibilities
- On the job training by getting exposure to a variety of sectors such as commercial, building services, design, safety, and site supervision
- As the successful candidate you will need to be a self-starter who is highly motivated, well organised and committed to the highest possible work standards and safety. You will also have the ability to build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, clients and subcontractors
