Form of workF45 Training Truganina are currently seeking highly energetic Group Fitness Instructors to start asap. As an F45 Instructor you will run industry-leading HIIT sessions, assess member fitness levels and help promote and grow the studio.
Responsibilities:
- Deliver F45 High Intensity Interval Group Training classes.
- Motivate gym members during and after training.
- Ensure clients are using correct form at all times.
- Assist in set up/pack up of equipment if required.
- Inspire and promote an energetic environment.
- Assist in the sale of memberships and other offerings.
Skills & Experience:
- Experience delivering Group Fitness sessions and ability to correct form and modify exercises/movements as required (at least 1 year is preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours.
- Ability to motivate clients.
- Enthusiastic and supportive attitude towards clients.
- Ability to develop strong relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal oriented.
- Excellent attention to detail.

Qualifications/Requirements:
- Cert III and IV in Fitness
- Current Senior First Aid and CPR
- Current Fitness Registration
- All Current Necessary Insurances
- Own ABN
