Face-Face Market Research Interviewers

Taverner Research is a dynamic and independent market research company located in Surry Hills, Sydney NSW.

We are looking for bright, energetic people to join our Adelaide Face to Face interviewing team using CAPI (computer assisted personal interviewing). We have a three-four week project in the greater Adelaide region starting in mid-October for the right candidates.

Those who excel will become part of our core team for future work in South Australia.

The project involves 6-7 hour shifts, some starting at 6.30am and others starting at 1pm Monday to Friday. Some weekend availability is also required for the project.

Candidates must well presented, have a strong eye for detail and a professional can-do attitude to successfully recruit members of the public from all walks of life. Whilst there is no selling involved in this role (you are only asking people questions on behalf of our clients), candidates must possess the ability to persuade respondents to hear them out and have an inquisitive nature.

In addition, you must have clear speaking ability, good listening skills and good computer skills.

While a paid training will be provided for the right candidates (training is paid after a minimum of 12 hours is completed on the project), those who already have experience in CATI (computer assisted telephone interviewing), face to face, and/or market research focus group recruiting are also encouraged to apply (evidence of experience will be required to be sighted).

The pay rate starts at $28.41/hr for those with no experience however after 50 paid hours this rises to the experienced interviewer pay rate of $33.84/hr. Travel time to and from your residence is also paid (except for first half hour to and from home).

Transport costs to and from your home via public transport will be covered.
