Face to Face and Online Trainers

Women Up North Housing and Family Support Network in Lismore, Northern NSW are developing a new, much-needed training program to enhance workforce responses to sexual violence experienced by women and children.

The free, best practice, research-based training will be delivered to a range of Northern NSW workforces across the community, private and public sectors with face-to-face, live webinar and Online self-paced learning options. 

This is a two-year project concluding on 30 June 2025, and funded by the Department of Communities and Justice under the NSW Sexual Violence Project Fund.  

We are looking for engaging, experienced Face to Face trainers and Online Trainers for webinar delivery. Trainers will need to be experienced sexual violence and/or trauma-informed trainers who work within a feminist, human rights framework and ideally have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. Direct experience supporting women who have experienced sexual violence and /or domestic and family violence is also highly valued. 

We are seeking Expressions of Interest from suitable trainers contracted on a casual basis. Full support, supervision and train-the-trainer processes will be provided by our Subject Matter Expert and Project Lead.
