Your Opportunity
With an increasing demand for more knowledgeable and informed assistance, our client is seeking an junior, customer-service-oriented Consultant to join and support the delivery of Facilities and Asset Management consulting commissions. Work as part of a team to provide exceptional service and experience to a variety of clients, ranging from schools to city councils. It is a role that will blend onsite work with providing consultancy, technical reports and suggestions to clients and working across a variety of duties and projects to keep you engaged and interested!
Your Key Responsibilities will include:
- Undertaking visual assessments of properties to assist with asset register data collection, condition ratings, analysis, and guidance using an asset data capture platform (CAMS)
- Running data analysis, preparing cost estimates for reactive maintenance, planned maintenance and lifecycle expenditure and producing reports
- Provide informed Asset Management advisory across multiple asset classes such as student accommodation, mining, commercial etc.
- Advisory surrounding asset lifecycle replacement, disposal and future forecasting.
- Complement senior consultants on site with asset data information gathering and analysis
- Aid in lifecycle capital replacement modelling, Capex and Opex expenditure modelling.
