Form of workFacilities and Maintenance Coordinator (Whole School)
This is a full-time hands-on position responsible for the coordination of school Facilities, Maintenance and events; working across the AIIC campuses. The Coordinator will work in close cooperation with shared services, the Principal, the Heads of Campus and the Business Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities: The duties include, but are not limited to:
- Ensuring the highest standards of safety are met and that compliance with OH and S requirements are adhered to
- Facilitating venues set ups and movement of equipment as required
- Current Full Qld Drivers Licence.
- Working with Children Check.
- Be proactive, well organised and able to work to a high standard
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to lead and provide direction for a team, in line with the Colleges Islamic ethos and values
