Salary: $91,073.84 - $96,270.72 per annum, plus super

- Provide operational support for all maintenance related works and enquiries
- Support management (regional managers and above) to ensure the efficient delivery of core, scheduled and emergency maintenance activities across our services, in line with all related company, regulatory, legislative and contractual requirements
- Manage, coordinate and implement facilities and infrastructure projects within required time frames and budgets
- Oversee the coordination of One Tree residential housing
- Ensure currency of residential and commercial lease agreement registers
- Experience in a facilities management role
- Well-developed verbal and written communication skills to ensure information is conveyed clearly and accurately
- Computer skills, use of Excel and Word
- Effective administration, time management and organisation skills
- Experience of customer service roles requiring efficient service delivery
- Evidence of problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel
- A clear WA Working with Children Check
- Current National Police Clearance
- A valid driver’s licence
- Be eligible to work in Australia
