Our client, a well-established and respected Commercial Property Landlord is seeking a Facilities Manager to join their team to oversee one new A-grade office building. Great opportunity to effectively and proactively manage one asset!

The Facilities Manager will be responsible for overseeing the reactive and preventative maintenance for a one A-grade office tower.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preventative & Reactive Maintenance: staying on schedule for all preventative maintenance (BMS, fire, etc.), ensuring buildings are compliant, conducting site inspections, receiving maintenance requests from tenants, managing contractors
- Capital Works: manage capital works across the building, manage any tenant fit-outs
- Stakeholder Management: coordinating with management and tenants, working closely with Property Management team, building relationships with external contractors
- Systems & Reporting: inputting maintenance tasks into system and managing through to closure, providing regular updates to Property Manager, assisting with budgets/ reporting
The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of facilities management experience and:
- Experience in office/ commercial buildings
- Strong technical knowledge
- A proactive approach to facilities
- Mechanical or electrical trade qualification a bonus
