As Salsify’s Office Experience Coordinator, based in our office in Sydney's Northern Beaches, you will play an important role in creating positive day to day experiences for our employees and visitors with a focus on building culture, collaboration and a comfortable office environment.
Position: Casual
Hours: Flexible hours, approximately 15-20 hours per week. Thursdays are a must and then flexible with hours around the right person's schedule.
Day-to-day Operations:
- Responsible for overseeing day to day operations of the office such as troubleshooting with building management, maintaining office amenities, keeping the kitchen tidy and well-stocked, reporting and managing damage, and adhering to work health and safety protocols.
- Source and book best value flights and accommodation for business travellers.
- Manage ad hoc projects such as office reconfiguration and fit outs as needed.
Events and Culture:
- Arrange local events including: offsites, winter and christmas parties.
- Organise Monthly All Staff Meetings
- Assist marketing with client events and merchandise
- Function as the the main point of contact for visitors from other locations to ensure a seamless experience. This may include tasks such as preparing the office space with requested materials as well as planning meals and other social events.
- Proactively think of and execute on meaningful ways to bring the office together at least once per month.
