This multi Billion dollar Group are focussed in the Industrial & Logistics sectors.The RoleFacilities Manager for a group of individual, and estate based assets, you will be the company representative for Facilities & Maintenance Management.Duties will include general operations & maintenance management including contractors and tenant engagement site OHS&E, presentation and building compliance collaborating with internal and external stakeholders This is a high performance, fast paced environment which will suit someone who thrives on activity and engaging with multiple stakeholders.
