Are you an experienced Facilities Manager looking for an immediate start? Talent Web currently has multiple Facilities Management roles across Sydney, where our clients are seeking FMs for immediate starts. We have opportunities with the two largest Facilities Management companies in Australia, as well as positions within Local and State Government.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the Hard & Soft Facilities Management function.
- Respond to all client enquiries.
- Perform regular inspections of facilities to identify any maintenance or repair issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and service providers to ensure that all maintenance and repairs are carried out promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Facilities Management within either Commercial, Retail or Industrial Facilities Management.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and operations.
- Excellent communication, organisation and time management skills.
