Facilities Support Specialist

Location Negotiable (subject to TAFE NSW campus availability)

3 x Permanent Full-time opportunities

Base salary range of $108,494 - $116,838 p.a plus employer’s contribution to superannuation and annual leave loading

About the role

As a Facilities Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in implementing optimisation initiatives and driving continuous improvement programs to support the future state operational design of Facilities Management across TAFE NSW. Collaborating with relevant stakeholders, you’ll contribute to the development and design of policies and procedures that align with future state requirements for Facilities Management. You will be monitoring and evaluating initiative implementation, identifying risks, and ensuring compliance with governance and quality requirements will be central to your role.

About You

You will have demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams at the front line, ensuring efficient operations and effective communication. Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and monitoring. Familiarity with technology solutions for facilities management is a plus. Proficiency in using Microsoft Dynamics 365 for managing facilities-related data, work orders, and reporting. Strong skills in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
