The Facilities Technical Officer, Mechanical, you will be responsible for the efficient and effective operation of mechanical services across the University estate. This role focuses on maintaining a quality experience for all people within the precinct. In this role you will:Assess, triage, and resolve operational issues as they arise.
Coordinate staff and contractors to ensure the successful delivery of all maintenance and operations services. Ensure service delivery is in accordance with technical standards, regulatory requirements, and University policies and procedures. This continuing position is full time and will be located at the Callaghan Campus (Awabakal and Worimi land).
How will you inspire us? You will have:Specialist expertise and experience coordinating mechanical facilities maintenance for a complex property portfolio. Demonstrated problem-solving skills leading to successful outcomes for both customers and institution.
High level communication skills with the ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. What we offer
The remuneration for this position is from $95,822 to $107,800 17% superannuation and is commensurate with skills and experience.
