We have an opportunity for a Facility Manager to join our team in Mid North Coast on a Full-Time basis. This role will see you support our clients Parish Properties. Reporting to the Key Account Manager, you will be responsible to oversee, manage and to ensure all contractual requirements are met. You will be on-site point of contact for the client, sub-contractors, and other key stakeholders.

A snapshot of what you will do:

• Manage and coordinate the delivery of Facilities Management Services within contract scope.
• Ensure Work Health and Safety procedures are followed as per contract requirements.
• Oversee allocated financial budgets.
• Develop and maintain close working relationship with client representative and ISS.
• Direction, management, and development of reporting ISS staff
• Monitor the application of asset management plans of the facility.
• Introduce initiatives and encourage a continuous improvement philosophy across the sites, driving client/customer satisfaction.

What will you possess to be successful:

• Qualifications in FM, Property or Real Estate and/or trade -related qualifications
• Experience in delivery of hard FM services in a healthcare environment is ideal.
• Proven experience managing diverse teams effectively.
• Excellent Customer relationship skills and the ability to deal positively with difficult situations.
• Experience in Facilities Services including delivering maintenance within a corporate environment.
• Successful candidate will need to pass a National Police Check and hold a NSW Working with Children Check.
