F A C I L I T Y M A N A G E R - A G E D C A R EAbout the role:The Facility Manager will have the task of managing the complete operations including supporting staff within the Residential Aged Care 80-bed facility based in Sydney's Inner West. You will report into the Operations Manager who will help you to maintain high standards to be a leading Aged Care provider in the region.
Duties:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the facility
- Lead daily operations in line with the vision and values of the provider
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of the Aged Care sector, improve clinical indicators and business performance targets
- Ensure a high level of care is maintained for all residents
- Provide leadership & direction to staff members
- Maintain occupancy and budget requirements
- Excellent knowledge and experience of the Aged Care standards, compliance and accreditations
- An exceptional communicator who is collaborative and values relationships
- Minimum 4 years experience as a Facility Manager in Residential Aged Care
- Experience in working closely with multidisciplinary teams
- AHPRA Registered Nurse
