Curamoir Healthcare Recruitment has partnered with a well established not for profit organisation in Tasmania as they look for their new Facility Manager to join their team! With multiple facilities across Tasmania, this organisation is passionate, progressive and their residents matter to them.
The Role
As the Facility Manager at this Aged Care facility you will lead and manage the operations of the facility to ensure the delivery of high quality services that meet and exceed all required Aged Care standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Overseeing the daily operations of the facility
- Promote positive and productive relationships with key stakeholders, encompassing residents and staff
- Management of financial resources and budgeting
- Supervise quality improvement initiatives for care services
- Coordinate data collection and audit processes
- Implement systems to improve resident care
- Manage human resources and operations
Skills & Experience
- Experience working in Aged Care
- Prior experience in a leadership position
- Knowledge of Aged Care standards and accreditations
- AHPRA registration IS NOT REQUIRED
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- A keen eye for problem solving and providing effective solutions
