This leading non-for-profit Aged Care provider is actively seeking an experienced Facility Manager to supervise and control the daily operations of their 207-bed modern Aged Care facility located in Melbourne's CBD.
Work with an organisation focused on developing their people and building their workforce capabilities to ensure high-quality care for all staff and residents is provided.

Reporting to the Regional Manager, your duties will include:
Manage day-to-day operations of a 207-bed flagship aged care facility
Lead a team of care managers, ACFI coordinator and care staff
Control of recruitment, rostering and training of staff
Participate and lead company meetings and special projects/activities
Focus on staff management and development to maintain a positive workplace
Assist in budget planning - with a focus on occupancy and funding income
Facility located in Melbourne's CBD
Requirements/Skills
Current AHPRA registration
Full Australian Working Rights
Minimum 5 years experience working as a Facility Manager in Aged Care
Registered Nursing qualification
