We are looking for someone who is proactive, reliable and enjoys working in the airfield as needed.The Position:
- Work closely with both internal and external Project Managers to optimise resource utilisation and minimise labour usage.
- Collaborate with client to develop quarterly forecasts of labour requirements, projecting needs up to 12 months in advance.
- Oversee the bookings portal to streamline processes and eliminate inefficiencies, ensuring its correct usage in collaboration with projects.
- Collaborate with Airfield Ops and Projects to develop Traffic Management Plans (TMP)
- Conduct audits on contractors' usage, comparing requested and allocated resources with actual needs, and identifying areas of inconsistencies.
- Review rostering to optimise efficiency across projects, with a priority on pooling resources effectively.
- Lead lessons learned projects before, during, and after projects to drive continuous improvement.
- Support client in the implementation of continuous improvement projects to enhance operational efficiency.
- This role requires 5 day work from site.
