Facility Manager- Relocate

Oversee the general running's of a small- medium home near Launceston. Home is well run, with extensive support for the size. NFP group.

Reporting to a Regional Manager, you will have oversight of the general running of a small- medium home based near Launceston.
This large NFP aged care organisation are seeking someone with strong management skills, someone who has a thorough healthcare background and is able to adapt to the changing environment in the aged care industry.
In this role you will be well supported by a strong clinical team (CM, CN, RN, EN, PCA) along with Quality, and all head office support functions.

To be considered for this role, you will have:

• Registered Nurse (DIV 1)- Desirable
• Experience in a health related discipline, managing a team with a strong interest in aged care
• Demonstrated leadership skills
• Demonstrated knowledge of accreditation standards and understanding of continuous improvement
• Up to date with the changing environment of Aged Care
• Great understanding of aged care legislation
• Superior communication skills both written and verbal
• Organised and an ability to use online systems
