• A passion and commitment to delivering 5-star customer service face-to-face, over the phone and via email.
• Managing all day-to-day operations.
• Debt management including debt follow-ups, debt collection and creating payment plans.
• Maintain impeccable site presentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently with the use of initiative as well as in a team
• Undertake ongoing sales and customer service training facilitated by Wilson Storage
• Comfortable working with KPIs and are results-driven
• Ability to effectively problem-solve
• Drivers licence
• Forklift license (or willing to obtain)

ProfileSkills and requirements:

• Customer service experience (face-to-face and/or over the phone)
• Sales experience (not essential but will be highly regarded)
• Positive attitude and proactive
• Strong teamwork ethic
• Results driven
• Not looking for just an administration role (you will be required to complete site tours and maintain a clean facility)
