Requisition ID: REQ478278Applications Close: 3 April 2024An exciting opportunity exists for a Facility Support Supervisor to join Bulli Hospital and Aged Care CentreWhat you'll be doingThe Facility Support Supervisor is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Bulli Hospital and Aged Care Centre (BHACC) Facility Support Services and staff.   • Ability to organise, plan and prioritise workloads to meet deadlines in a multi-disciplined setting
  • Demonstrated leadership and people skills with ability to motivate, empower and manage multi-disciplined teams
  • Commitment to providing and maintaining a high level customer based service to all clients
  • Sound Computer literacy and familiarity with software systems applicable to role, i.e. Microsoft programs (Word/ Excel) and ISLHD programs - Stafflink, HealthRoster
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Work Health Safety and capacity to develop and implement strategies for support services staff
  • Demonstrated problem solving and conflict management skills with experience managing staff grievances and/or industrial matters
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain effective working relations with staff, senior management and other stakeholders
