An opportunity exists for a highly motivated Factory Foreman to work in our aluminium window and door manufacturing facility at Cooranbong. Reporting to the Factory Manager, you will be working hands on, leading our factory team in a busy production line environment to ensure the efficient and high-quality delivery of daily production schedules. You will be an enthusiastic, dynamic all-rounder and have exceptional man management/leadership and time management skills.
Duties of the role will include but not be limited to:
- Planning and organising daily workflow.
- Leading a team of production staff.
- Forklift operation.
- Operating fabrication machinery and tools.
- Manage various activities simultaneously.
- Ensuring smooth process through the factory.
- Delivery of production on strict timelines.
- Be hands on during manufacture.
- Quality control.
- Progress reporting.
- Managing the team and ensuring good working relationships.

- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Competent with basic computer technology.
- A strong motivator and leader.
