AddressFactory worker required for busy Print and Signage Factory in Brookvale.
Grafix Group Pty Ltd is a rapidly expanding design, print and install business in a niche market with a very high focus on quality.
With clients in NSW, VIC & QLD this position is based out of Brookvale NSW.
The role requires a high level of pride in your work, reliability, and the ability to fit in, work and problem-solve within a team of great people.
You will be an integral part of an amazing production team, reporting directly to the Production Manager.
The successful applicant must be able to work and think fast, perform tasks accurately and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. This is a fast-paced environment and requires a lot of attention to detail and responsibility for the assigned tasks.

- Experience with CNC router operation is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Attention to detail, reliability and accuracy are essential as this is a position where other staff members rely upon your accuracy and competency.

- Ability to time manage and ensure effective workflow.
- Be a detail-oriented and solutions-based person.
- Values-driven with a strong work ethic.
- Have a keen eye for detail and the ability to think analytically.
- An ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines whilst maintaining quality.
- A positive attitude with approachable and friendly behavior.
- A willingness and commitment to learn, understand and conduct themselves in line with our internal Quality Systems, Human Resources Policies, and Brand Values.
- Willingness to overtake extra training related to the position.
- Fork-lift licence (advantageous).
