Factory Labourer/Cleaner

Now Careers are currently seeking a Factory Labourer/Cleaner to take ownership of the cleanliness and safety of our clients production floor.
 
Location: Wetherill Park, NSW
 
Our client, a leading manufacturer in Wetherill Park, is currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Factory Cleaner to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of their facility, ensuring a safe and hygienic work environment for all employees.
Responsibilities:

• Clean and maintain production, storage and yard areas.
• Dust down and vacuum machines and work spaces.
• Operate industrial cleaning equipment and tools.
• Maintain cleaning supplies and equipment inventory.
• Follow safety procedures and protocols.
• Report any maintenance or safety issues to the relevant authorities.
• Other cleaning duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in industrial cleaning preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Ability to follow instructions and procedures
• Ability to lift and carry equipment and supplies
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be flexible to work weekends and overtime as required
• Must have a reliable form of transportation to and from the factory
