Taghleef Industries is a 24hr/day, 7 day per week operation, operating on rotating shifts.
Currently offering an excellent work-life balance, current shifts are:
- 12-hour shifts – 06:40 to 18:40, 18:40 to 06:40, 4 days on, 4 days off
- 8-hour day shifts - Monday to Friday

Key responsibilities will include:
- Safety: Actively contribute to a workplace culture where OHS&E is given the highest priority in all activities
- Production: Ensure safe and effective operation of all equipment in order to meet daily schedule and targets
- Quality: Perform regular Quality Assessments and Reporting
- Team: Work in accordance with all department procedures and company policies to promote a strong team culture
- 5S: Ensure compliance to all housekeeping standards
Skills, knowledge and experience requirements:
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn new skills
- Natural Leader
- Previous experience in a production environment highly regarded
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritise workloads
- Good understanding of GMP, 5S and OHS&E practices
- Current Forklift licence (essential)
