Our Blacktown site is looking for individuals who would like to join the industry and interested in working within Food Manufacturing. This opportunity will allow you to develop and build a career.
About the role:
Situated on the factory floor and reporting to the morning shift production supervisor, you will be working in a heated working environment in the fryer department producing our delicious snacks! You will on a daily basis learn and undertake:
- How to operate manufacturing machinery, including machine set up, changeovers, trouble-shooting, manual packing and cleaning
- Standard industry processes and standards to consistently produce quality products
- Best practice food hygiene practices
- WH&S procedures to keep you and the wider site safe at work
- Some experience working within FMCG or a willingness to learn
- Willingness to work in a humid environment
- An understanding of safety and quality protocols
- Technical abilities or skills with equipment
- Possess a willingness to up-skill and work across multiple machine operating roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to contribute as a member of the team and work autonomously

- 3 day work week (equivalent to full-time hours)
