In this role you will:
- Build and sustain productive and effective stakeholder relationships through effectively leading the delivery of accommodation-related projects including refurbishments, fit outs, relocations, and lease management.
- Lead the preparation and delivery of policies, project plans, presentations, briefings, reports, and other correspondence to enable informed and effective decision making.
- Monitor trends and undertake critical analysis of accommodation issues to service existing and/or deliver emergent accommodation requirements.
- Actively provide input into identifying and reviewing team operations to identify business improvements and efficiencies in delivery of accommodation related activities and services.
- Represent client departments at meetings and forums and foster effective networks within Resources and with other government agencies and external stakeholders.
- Other duties as directed and required.
- There are no mandatory requirements for this role however, experience leasing, facilities management and project management would be highly regarded.
- Travel away from the office may be required.
