JOB DESCRIPTION:
The right candidate as a Factory Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the operations and activities within our facility and on-site. They are in charge of managing and supervising the production process to ensure efficiency, quality, and safety.
The key responsibilities of a Factory Supervisor include:
1. Supervising Production & Assembly: The Factory Supervisor oversees the overall process, ensuring that it is running smoothly and efficiently. They monitor operational schedules, assign tasks to workers, and ensure that targets are met.
2. Quality Control: The Factory Supervisor ensures that products meet quality standards by conducting regular inspections and implementing quality control measures. They identify and address any issues or defects in the production process to maintain high-quality output.
3. Safety Compliance: Safety is a top priority in a factory environment. The supervisor ensures that all workers follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. They also conduct regular safety inspections and provide training to employees on safety practices.
4. Staff Management: The Factory Supervisor is responsible for managing and supervising the factory staff. They hire, train, and evaluate employees, assign work tasks, and provide guidance and support to ensure efficiency and productivity.
