We are seeking a high performing team member to assist with the roll out of our brand new state-of-the-art golf entertainment venue, in Melbourne’s East.

The Role

The role is based at Morack Public Golf, Vermont South, Melbourne. The successful applicant will play a central role in overseeing the end-to-end delivery of events, including the event sales function. The postion will also provide a supporting role for the Food & Beverage team as a Supervisor while the events & functions business builds. This position requires a dynamic individual who can thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate exceptional organisational and interpersonal skills, and contribute to the growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive event sales leads to the venue.

• Provide end-to-end management and control of all events at the venue.

• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute marketing campaigns and initiatives.

• Build and maintain relationships with customers and clients.

• Play a leadership role to a high quality customer experiences.

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in events and functions management is highly desirable.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong teamwork and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
