Form of workRynat are looking for a Factory Supervisor to lead our factory team at our modern manufacturing hub in Perth.
You will be an enthusiastic hands-on Cabinet Maker or carpenter with experience of CNC production techniques and exceptional leadership skills.
Duties of the role will include but not be limited to: -
- work with our project delivery team to meet customer requirements.
- lead our safety commitment and provide work direction to the factory team.
- plan and manage the workflow through the factory.
- organise the team's output to ensure work is completed on time.
- quality control, measure and refinement.
- weekly production progress reporting.
You must possess the following attributes:
- qualified Cabinet Maker or related trade with leadership experience.
- experience with CNC nesting machines and other automated equipment.
- the ability to lead a team effectively.
- high attention to detail and quality standards.
- effective verbal and written communication skills
- excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- the ability to think independently and problem solve.
- forklift ticket.
- current driver's license.
