Responsibilities & Duties
- Preparing materials for fabrication – cutting & preparing (training provided)
- Assisting fabricators with product finishing
- Assist with the maintenance of plant and equipment
- Pick, pack & prepare orders for dispatch
- Receiving in and unpacking stock
- Loading and unloading of incoming and outgoing goods
- Assist with maintaining the inventory system
- Ensure a clean and safe working environment
- General warehouse duties as required
Required Skills
- Metal fabrication experience (highly preferred but not essential)
- Strong work ethic – always willing to give new tasks a go
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Attention to detail and good organisational skills
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to work autonomously
- Forklift Licence
- Manual vehicle driver’s licence
