We are looking for a reliable and motivated Factory Worker to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, and ensuring our production lines run smoothly and efficiently. Your attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high-quality standards will contribute to our company's continued success.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain machinery and equipment according to safety standards.
- Assemble, inspect, and package products according to company specifications.
- Monitor production lines to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
- Assist with loading and unloading materials as needed.
- Report any issues with machinery or production processes to the supervisor.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and goals.
Qualifications:
- Needs to be an A player
- Ability to read and write in English.
- Previous experience in a factory or manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with machinery and equipment operation.
- Experience with hand and power tools.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift heavy objects (up to 25kgs).
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and overtime as needed.
