Gold Coast Bakery is a proud family owned and operated bakery with a large scale production plant located at Molendinar on Gold Coast. We service retail, wholesale and school customers daily with a variety of products across South East Queensland. WHAT YOUR DAY WOULD LOOK LIKE:
Working in a supportive team environment, where some of the key activities would include:
- Meeting daily production goals for a variety of baked goods.
- Ensuring correct mixing, proofing, baking and cooling of dough, quality control and minimisation of waste.
- Smooth and efficient running of the plant.
- Training in all areas of the business.
- Availability for weekends and some public holidays.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
- Reliability. be present at work.
- We aim to for a team environment, whereby you assist others and expect the same when you require it.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- An understanding of basic maths.
- Understanding of food safety and professional hygiene.
- The ability to work under pressure.
