An exciting opportunity now exists to join UTS Science as its next Faculty General Manager and help drive a culture of service excellence and continuous improvement in the delivery of high quality academic and research programs. As a key member of the Faculty’s executive team, the Faculty General Manager will work closely with the Dean and other members of the Faculty Executive to deliver the Faculty’s strategy and realise its ambitious future plans. The successful candidate will provide strategic leadership and authoritative advice on all operational matters in the execution of business plans, human resource management, and resource planning and allocation. They will bring a true passion for the pursuit of excellence across all facets of the role, along with strategic nous to run the operations of a large and complex Faculty. Strong people skills, business acumen and a high level of focus, determination and resilience are also key to success in this role.
