The role
Reporting to the Centre Manager Shepparton, you are a qualified Family Dispute Resolution (FDR) Practitioner able to work with our team of highly skilled and dedicated practitioners providing FDR to separating couples by assisting to resolve issues in dispute such as parenting arrangements, property settlements and developing parenting plans. Your responsibilities include providing conflict resolution, parent education, a framework for negotiation, undertaking assessments and mediation, group work (as required), providing information, support, and referrals to match presenting needs to services and programs.
This position is permanent part-time working three to four (3-4) days per week and includes one Tuesday evening until 8pm weekly.
About you
- Degree qualified in Social Work, Social Sciences, Family Law, and a Graduate Diploma in Family Dispute Resolution.
- Accreditation as an FDRP with the Attorney-General’s Department and previous experience working as an FDRP (desirable)
- Experience/or training in property mediation, able to undertake training (preferable)

The base salary range is $92k-$99k (pro-rata) per annum.
