You'll be at the forefront of projects, putting your unique stamp on a variety of projects including exciting tech transformations and migrations.This is the ideal place if you want to have an impact, the team is small enough for your voice to be heard whilst being big enough to offer genuine learning opportunities and scope for progression.Key Responsibilities:

• Tech Leadership: Lead technical sessions, providing guidance and expertise to the team.
• Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather technical requirements and translate them into actionable plans.
• Solution Architecture: Develop high-level solution documents, outlining strategies for implementation and integration.
• Data Management: Knowledge of Azure, SQL Server, and NoSQL Databases for efficient data handling and storage.
• Deployment Oversight: Oversee deployment processes, ensuring seamless transitions and minimal disruptions.
• CI/CD Implementation: Drive Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment practices to streamline development and deployment workflows.

Requirements:

• MuleSoft Experience: Strong proficiency in MuleSoft, with a proven track record of successful implementations.
• Database Expertise: Familiarity with SQL Server and MongoDB for efficient data management.
• Tech Enthusiast: Passion for staying abreast of emerging technologies and trends in the industry.
• Problem Solver: Ability to troubleshoot complex issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Collaborative Mindset: Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams.
