ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking to appoint a self-motivated & driven legal professional with a minimum of 3 years' Family Law experience to join us at I relate. Collaborative Family Law!

The team at I relate. Collaborative Family Law offers its clients empathy, experience and expertise in all areas of Family Law. We provide trusted advice and solutions based on unique individual circumstances. We work collaboratively with other Family Lawyers to ensure we can achieve the best outcomes for families.
Working closely and supporting our principal solicitor who is an Accredited Specialist with over 20 years of experience in Family Law, you will:
- Manage your own Family Law files from start to end
- Have the opportunity to work on a full range of Family Law issues including parenting, property, child support and maintenance
- Work alongside Family Dispute Resolution Practitioners/ Counsellors to offer a holistic pathway for separated couples
This is a permanent full-time role, working 37.5 hours per week. The position will be based in our Caringbah office with the option to work from home up to two days per week.

SELECTION CRITERIA
- Minimum 3 years post admission solicitor experience in Family Law in Australia
- Hold a current Solicitor Practicing Certificate in NSW
- Proven track record in handling diverse cases with empathy & professionalism
- Strong negotiation skills and a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work collaboratively and be part of a multi-disciplinary team
- High-level interpersonal skills, ability to build professional relationships with clients and stakeholders
